Clerical Sexual Abuse

Dalton and Associates has entered into a co-counsel agreement with Manly and Stewart to handle clerical abuse cases. This agreement comes as a result of legislation passed in Delaware in July 2007 allowing victims of past sexual abuse to have a two year window in which to file cases no matter when the abuse occurred. The legislation is a result of the efforts of lay people, victims, and politicians working tirelessly to secure legal rights for the survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Manly and Stewart is a nationally recognized firm that has handled these cases throughout the United States. The Manly and Stewart team along with the team from Dalton and Associates provide the extensive experience in this area along with extensive trial experience in civil cases to provide survivors of sexual abuse the kind of legal representation they deserve.
